Chili judging begins at 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Nov. 29, at the Boot Hill Museum with public sampling at 4 p.m. The Mayor’s Tree Ceremony begins with a performance by the DCHS Madrigals at 5:30 p.m. followed by Chili Contest Awards and Prize Giveaway culminating in the Tree Lighting at 5:50 p.m. The Parade of Lights begins at 6 p.m.
