Responsibilities

The Human Resource Department is responsible for all actions as pertain to the City's full time, part time and temporary employees as follows:

• All Human Resource functions as recruiting, hiring, onboarding, training and enforcement/ management of the personnel policy manual.
• Employee Benefits (health, life, dental, etc.)
• Risk Management(workers compensation)
• Employment ADA
