The Tournament Director will let you know if any games are delayed and how long the delay will last.

Jacob Miller, Tournament Director, will send out an email to all teams coaches (POC for each team) and will let them know if any games are delayed. 

THE TOURNAMENT DIRECTOR WILL LET EVERYONE KNOW AT LEAST AN HOUR AND A HALF AHEAD OF GAMES IF THE FIELDS ARE PLAYABLE DURING THAT DAY.
