NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Three (3) Pickup Trucks
City of Dodge City

Sealed bids for three (3) pickup trucksfor the City of Dodge City, Dodge City, Kansas will be received in the office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 10:00 a.m. Friday June 9th.  Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time.  
Bid sheets, specifications and other pertinent information may be obtained by contacting Ryan Reid, Director of Administration, 806 Second Ave, P.O. Box 880, Dodge City, KS 67801. Information is also available at www.dodgecity.org/bids.
No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
