Sealed bids for a roof replacement at the Dodge City Public Library at 1001 N. 2nd will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 2:00 p.m Wednesday January 26th.  Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud at that time.  

The work consists of providing all labor and materials necessary to remove the existing roof system on the building per the bid document.

Bid sheets, specifications and other pertinent information may be obtained by contacting Ryan Reid, Director of Administration, 806 Second Ave, Dodge City KS, 67801 or by calling 620-225-8100. Bids must be good for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities, and to select the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the City
