Four New Police Package Vehicles


Sealed bids for the purchase of four (4) new police package SUVs will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 2:00 p.m. Thursday, December 2nd, 2021.  Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately following the bid opening. 


The equipment consists of; up to four vehicles specifically manufactured and equipped for Police Department patrol use. The vehicles are to be professionally outfitted with police equipment and delivered ready for use.  All federal and state safety regulations pertaining to motor vehicle construction and compulsory equipment form a part of this specification. These vehicles must be delivered in 2022, ready for Police service.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids.  The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
