New Police Package SUVs

Sealed bids for the purchase of three (3) new police package SUVs will be received in the Office of the City Clerk, 806 Second Avenue, P.O. Box 880, until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, February 2nd, 2021. Bids will be opened and publicly read aloud immediately following the bid opening.

The equipment consists of; up to three (3) new (2020 or 2021) , 4-door SUVs specifically manufactured and equipped for Police Department patrol use. The vehicles are to be professionally outfitted with police equipment and delivered ready for use. All federal and state safety regulations pertaining to motor vehicle construction and compulsory equipment form a part of this specification.

No bidder may withdraw his bid for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive informalities.
