Improvements will be received by City of Dodge City at the office of 806 N. 2nd Avenue, Dodge City, KS 67801 until 2:00 PM (Central Standard Time-Central Daylight Savings Time) April 30, 2019 and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.

A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. local time on April 18, 2019 at the North Plant, located at 4120 14th Ave., Dodge City, KS 67801.  Attendance at pre-bid conference is mandatory. Failure to have a representative attend the pre-bid conference shall be considered non-responsive and may be grounds for rejection of bid.


Bidders on this work will be required to comply with the President’s Executive Order No. 11246.  Requirements for bidders and contractors under this order are explained in the specifications.
