The division services approximately 6582 residential customers every week. Customers are serviced by either a roll out polycart or a sideload container placed in the alley. In addition to household collection, the division also picks up yard waste and tree limbs on a weekly basis. Routes are scheduled very carefully through the city to provide the best possible collection route available. As an extra service to our customers, items that are too large or bulky to be placed in the containers are picked up upon scheduled request.
