Sewer

1.96/thousand + $8.45 administration fee (Avg. City Residential - 5,945 gallons per month = $20.10)  (Avg. Commercial Business - 25,816 gallons per mo. = 59.05)
Sewer rates are calculated each year in March and effective on April billing using the Winter Quarter Avg method using the average of Dec., Jan. & Feb. water useage

Sanitation

$15.32 single family + $1.19 for recycling total = $16.51; $10.33 add'l units; Grass Kart-$2.44 per grass kart 
$15.32 multi family for 1st dwelling; $10.33 for add'l units + $1.19 for recycling

Storm Drainage

$1.08 per unit
