Paying Your Utility Bill
Utility payments can be made by:
Cash or check
Via mail
In drop box on the north side of City Hall
In person at the Water Counter, City Hall
Automatic Bank Withdrawal
Credit Card Payment - VISA & Mastercard accepted via telephone or at the Water Counter in City Hall (Online pmt not available at this time)
REMINDER: Please be aware that if you make payment through your bank's online banking system, you should allow 10-12 days for the payment to reach us.
The City also offers monthly automatic withdrawal from your bank account to pay your utility bill. Download a Bank Draft authorization form.

The City of Dodge City now has the capability of e-notification for utility billing accounts.
If you are interested in e-mail notification for your City utility bill, please e-mail and request e-notification for your account. Please include your account number in the e-mail. You will receive the e-notification the day that your account bills. You will still continue to receive a postcard bill as well.
