The Human Resource Department is responsible for all actions as pertain to the City's full time, part time and temporary employees as follows:
  • All Human Resource functions
  • Labor relations
  • Union contract negotiations
  • Employee Benefits (health, life, dental, etc.)
  • Risk Management(workers compensation)
  • ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act)
